Packing times
Packaging time 3-5 days. working. Packaging times are the number of working days it takes for the seller to send the item once payment is received. Payment is considered received when the amount paid by the buyer is deposited in the seller’s account.
With PayPal, the payment is credited immediately. Working days are meant every day of the week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Remember this when calculating the earliest possible delivery date.
For payments made by bank transfer, the shipment will take place when the amount paid by the buyer is deposited in the seller’s account.
Shipping / packaging times and costs
The goods are delivered by GLS courier within 72 hours from the date of shipment. We do not guarantee this timing for the islands. The costs are calculated automatically by the system at the time of purchase, considering the total weight of the items purchased and the place of destination. The seller is not responsible for any delays in transit. This information is provided by the carrier and does not include weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during holidays. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Right of withdrawal
The law (DL 22/05/99. N. 185) guarantees the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the purchased product and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred. This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out. To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to send, within 10 working days of receipt of the goods, a communication in which the desire to withdraw from the contract is expressed. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed consumable products opened by the consumer. By law, all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer. The right of withdrawal VOIDS TOTALLY if the returned product is not intact, that is: – lack of the original packaging – absence of integral elements of the product – damage to the product for reasons other than transport. Returns are accepted by agreement, within 10 days of purchase, the amount of the item will be returned net of shipping costs. The object must reach us intact free port and in the original packaging.
